TOTAL LETTABLE AREA: 190,000 sf

SIZE: Over 100 self contained Units from 200 sf to over 5,000 sf. (Units may also be combined).

LETTING TENANCIES:

Lease 1 – 15 years
License 3 months to 1 year
Agreements prepared in house for immediate completion if required

TERMS: Monthly in advance

DEPOSIT: Equivalent of one month's rent & service charge.

TERMS are ALL INCLUSIVE except for Business Rates, Utilities and itemised Facilities/Extras – see details below for Inclusive and Exclusive breakdown.

TYPICAL PRICES: Please ask to see our detailed tariffs for individual Units and the optional additional facilities. Many units have optional toilets, kitchens, first floor mezzanine offices or works offices – prices vary depending on the facilities provided. All prices include standard Service Charges.

Service Charges are recovered from all Tenants at a flat rate per square foot of space occupied. Charges are on the basis of an estimated Account. Budgets and Accounts are circulated to Tenants. Service Charge contributions in respect of Vacant Units are made by the Landlord.
